Event  Set-Up

Our event set up service  can be the perfect fit for the bride who is looking for a team to set up her ceremony space or venue to take the pressure off of herself and family on her special day. We set up and breakdown according to the bride's instruction and gladly share ideas and advice along the way. This  includes meeting with the bride to capture her vision, visiting the venue and ceremony sites and meeting  with staff.  

 

Venue Set-Up and Ceremony starting at $475.00 

Breakdown starting at $100.00

Travel expenses may apply on location over 40 miles .45 per mile

 

Service includes:

  • All meetings with bride to go over event layout.

  • Review venue and ceremony space

  • Transport of decor to venue

  • Style and Set up of escort card, gift, dessert table

  • Table decor and other venue decor
