Rental Information

We are offering a unique service to brides who are looking for something different at a reasonable price. Instead of buying unique decor that you may not have use for after the affair.....renting is a cost saving way to go.

 

Our service will provide you:

 

  • Saving you time shopping for unique decor

  • Shipping fees

  • Piece of mind, we deliver and pick up  

 

 

 

What is included with rental fees?

Rental fee is for a one time rental for one day event.  We add a  $20.00 delivery fee to event location and pick up after event,  specified at time of order. 

 

  • Security depsosit $25.00 for rentals up to $50.00

  • Secutity deposit $50.00 for rentals $50.01 to $100.00

  • Security deposit $100.00 for rentals $101.00 and over

 

When do I pay for rental service?

We kindly ask that a payment for half the rental fee be  paid at time of order with balance paid at time of rental delivery in form of a check or money order along with a security deposit. Credit card payments are also available. A credit card number will be kept on file for security deposit.

 

Can I later decide to purchase an item I am renting?

Our vintage inspired pieces may be able to be sold at the retail price, on a case by case basis only.  Vintage  pieces cannot be sold.

 

 

Do you charge a cancellation fee?

No, we realize wedding and event plans change constantly.  We kindly ask that you  notify us when you want to cancel and we will credit your deposit.

 

Can set-up be completed by Lady Slipper Affairs & Events?

Yes, we will gladly complete set up of rentals at event location for a fee of $50.00 per hour.  No delivery fee will be assessed with this service.

 

 

How do you assess damages?

The customer is responsible for items from the time of delivery until the time of pick-up. In the case of will call items, the customer is responsible from the time of pick-up until the time of return. Please ensure that items are secure at all times and protected from the weather. We charge for broken, damaged or missing items. Fee’s for non-repairable or unreturned items will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and are charged to the credit card on file. Replacement fees vary according to each item and are available upon request and may be obtained prior to renting.
